‘Man Camp’ starts at Black Flag Barbell May 7th and we’re gonna change some lives! Stop saying ‘tomorrow’ or ‘after this project at work’ – this is it. Time to man up.
Bootcamps are somewhat of a mishmash of everything – they get you sweaty, but they don’t really achieve anything. They won’t make you strong, they won’t help you move better and improve your technique, they won’t make you well conditioned. Which, for many people, is fine – they want to get 30-60min of exercise in and be done.
Not me. I want to progress towards a goal. I want to be better in three months, then again in six, then again in twelve. I want to look back at old training sessions and laugh because what I used to struggle with, I can now rep out for shits and giggles.
There are ladies who can squat 200kg+, bench 100kg+, deadlift 200kg+… what’s your excuse?
