This past weekend we had our very first Strongman Saturday at Black Flag Barbell Club and it was a blast!
The session went as follows:
Yoke up to 240kgx15m
Circuit/medley of farmers walks x 30m, log press x3, keg carry x40m
Finishing up with sled rows and sled pushes
Great session with great people.
