Start Strong – April 8th
Our next Start Strong program begins on April 8th (next Monday)!
Over four weeks we will take you through the fundamentals of lifting and training so that you can walk into any gym confident you know how to perform the basic movements that make up any training program worth its salt – the squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press and row. Even if you’ve never touched a barbell in your life, our expert coaches will guide you every step of the way.
If you’ve been wanting to get into strength training or powerlifting then this is a great way to Start Strong. You won’t be a training god (it’s four weeks, let’s be real here), but you will know how to lift safely and effectively – and that’s more than most gym bros can say for themselves.
With 6 30AM and 6 30PM class options, we’ve got you covered whether you’re an early bird or a sane and rational human being.
