September 10th Powerlifting Competition
Our next powerlifting competition will be this Sunday, September 10th – lifting kicks off at 10am sharp! We will have 45 lifters battling it out against gravity for PRs, the glory of victory, and delicious smoked brisket.
Come on down to the biggest powerlifting competition in the Hills district! Smack bang in the middle of Castle Hill, located at Unit 14, 44 Carrington Road. Cheer on the lifters, eat some great food and check out the best gym for strongman, powerlifting and getting strong in the Hills. What better way to spend a Sunday?
