October Technique Workshops
Black Flag will be running free technique workshops for the squat, bench and deadlift through October.
Over four weeks we will cover the squat, bench press, deadlift and basic programming principles (one topic per week).
If you would like to get started lifting but aren’t sure about technique, or simply want to get some new eyes on your movement – sign on up!
Workshops will be limited to four people to ensure everyone gets enough attention.
Times available (starting from Monday the 3rd of October):
Monday 6AM – 7AM / 730PM – 830PM
Wednesday 6AM – 7AM / 730PM – 830PM
Friday 6AM – 7AM / 730PM – 830PM
All workshops will be held at Black Flag Barbell Club, located at:
Unit 14, 44 Carrington Road, Castle Hill NSW
