Holiday Gains
Black Flag Barbell Club will be closed from Saturday the 23rd of December – January 1st (inclusive). Normal coaching hours will resume as of January 2nd, 2018.
We wish everyone a merry Christmas and a fantastic new year, the holidays usually means lots of great food so if you’re training at all throughout this period you have no excuse not to smash it!
